CHERRY PUDDING CAKE


1 tbsp. butter

1 c. sugar

1 c. milk

1 1/2 c. flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.FILLING:

1 c. cherries

1 c. cherry juice

1/2 to 1 c. sugar

1 c. boiling water

Sm. pieces of butter (2 tsp.)

Pour filling over top of first mixture. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
