SHRIMP SALAD 4


1 pkg. ring macaroni, cooked

1 or 2 grated carrots

1 med. onion, diced

1 c. celery

1 can shrimp, drained or 1 pkg.

frozen shrimp

1/2 bag frozen peas, cooked & cooled

--DRESSING:--

1 1/2 c. salad dressing

1/3 c. sugar

1/4 c. lemon juice

1 tsp. salt

Dash of pepper

Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix dressing and pour over all. This is better if made a day ahead and allowed to flavor through. May add pimento olives, radishes, green pepper. Three cups of chicken or turkey. May be used in place of shrimp. Pam Vogel
