BARBEQUED HAM
1/2 onion, chopped
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. relish
1 lb. chipped, chopped ham, torn in
pieces
Saute onion in little oil, add remaining ingredients and simmer 45 minutes. Serve in warm bun.
