BAR-B-QUE SAUCE


1/4 c. vinegar

1/2 c. water

2 tbsp. sugar

1 tbsp. mustard

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 1/2 tsp. salt

Sm. onion, chopped

1/4 c. butter

Simmer 20 minutes. Add 1/2 cup ketchup and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce to about 1 pint of meat and simmer.
