SHRIMP RICE CAULIFLOWER SALAD
2 bags boil in a bag rice, success
rice cooked
1 cauliflower coarsley chopped
2 green peppers coarsely chopped
6 stalks celery coarsely chopped
1 1/2 to 2 lb. shrimp, steamed and
shelled
1 pkg. imitation crab meat drained
and chopped
1 tsp. salt
Toss all together in large bowl. Bind with salad dressing. I use a combination Marzettis slaw dressing and Miracle Whip.
