SHRIMP SOUP 1


1/4 c. chopped green onions

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper

1 tbsp. margarine

2 cans cream of potato soup

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

1 1/2 soup cans of milk

2 c. cleaned shrimp

1 can corn

Cook green onions, garlic in margarine until tender. Add cayenne, soup, cream cheese, milk, shrimp and corn. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
