SEAFOOD SALAD 2


1/2 lb. imitation crab

2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

1/4 c. chopped celery

1 tbsp. minced dried chives

1/2 c. mayonnaise

1 tsp. prepared mustard

1 tbsp. chopped dill pickles

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. lemon juice

1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine and chill. Serves 4. Recipe can be doubled and tripled.
