MICHAELS MARVELOUS MUSSELS


Cook in a heavy skillet: 2 lg. cloves garlic, chopped

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 bag mussels

1/2 c. wine

Wash and clean mussels. Brown garlic in olive oil; add wine and mussels. Simmer covered until mussels steam open. Do not drain. Serve with Italian bread.
