CURRIED SHRIMP SOUP


1/4 c. butter

3 tbsp. flour (instant blending)

1 qt. milk

9 oz. shrimp, cut

2 tbsp. parsley, minced

1/2 tsp. onion salt

1/2 tsp. curry powder

1/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and hot. Serves 6.
