CRAB-ROTINI SALAD


2 lbs. rotini pasta, boiled, drained &

cooled

1 lb. imitation crab meat, shredded

1/2 cucumber, diced

3-4 radish, sliced

4 scallions, sliced

Fresh broccoli flowerettes (optional)

3 ribs celery, diced

1/4 c. fresh parsley (remove stems &

chop fine)

1 red pepper, diced

--DRESSING:--

1/2 (6 oz.) bottle Thousand Island

dressing

1 (12 oz.) bottle Italian dressing

Salt & pepper to taste

Paprika & sugar to taste
