RHUBARB PUDDING CAKE 1


1 c. sugar

2 c. flour

3 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

1 c. milk

4 tbsp. melted butter

TOPPING:

4 c. cut up rhubarb

1 c. brown sugar

1/2 c. sugar

2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

2 c. hot water

Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour batter mix into 9"x13" greased pan. Top with rhubarb, spread topping mixture over top and cover with hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
