PISTACHIO PUDDING SALAD 2
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (3 3/4 oz.) size pistachio instant
pudding
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Mix Cool Whip and pudding mix together until blended. Drain off some pineapple juice and fold in Cool Whip mixture along with marshmallows and nuts. Spread into pan and chill.
