EASY EGG CUSTARD
1 unbaked pie shell
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. boiling water
Dash of salt
Nutmeg to taste
Pour into uncooked pie shell. Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Then 300 degrees until done, about 20 minutes. Let cool. Serve slightly warm or cold. Serves 6 to 8.
