CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS CORN PUDDING
6 ears of corn
2 eggs
1/2 pt. milk
2 tbsp. fructose
1 lg. tbsp. flour (unbleached white)
Pinch of salt
Score corn, cut from cob. Dissolve flour in a little milk. Beat eggs slightly. Combine ingredients and bake 20 to 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees.
