ORANGE SHERBET GELATIN
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges,
drained
1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sherbet and mix well. When partially set, add mandarin oranges and fold in whipped cream. Pour into oiled quart ring mold. Chill. Serves 8.
