APRICOT OR PEACH JELLO


2 sm. or 1 family size Jello

1/2 c. sugar

3 c. buttermilk

1 lg. can crushed pineapple

8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix Jello and pineapple in saucepan, let it come to a boil. Cool completely or it will not thicken. Add 3 cups buttermilk and Cool Whip. Add sugar to pineapple. Mix well. Fold into 9x13 inch baking dish.
