TRAIL BOLOGNA


2 lbs. ground deer meat

2 tbsp. Morton Tender Quick

2 tsp. liquid smoke

1 tsp. garlic salt

1 tsp. onion salt

1 tsp. pepper

Mix together. Refrigerate 24 hours. Divide into 3 rolls. Wrap in foil. Punch hole in bottom of foil and bake at 320 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
