TING TOWN BAR-B-Q SAUCE
1/4 c. butter
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 c. ketchup
1 c. wine or cider vinegar
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
Mix all together and simmer for 2 hours; stir. Good with ham, beef or pork roasts, for sandwiches.
