PICNIC SAUERKRAUT
Drain 1 quart sauerkraut. Dice 1 cup celery. Dice 1/2 cup ripe olives. Mix well with 3/4 cup sugar. Let stand. Garnish with onion rings. Serve cold. Serves 10.
