NON-EDIBLE CINNAMON ORNAMENTS
3/4 c. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. allspice
2 tbsp. ground cloves
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 c. applesauce
Combine spices and stir in applesauce; mix well. Mixture will be stiff. Roll to 1/4" thickness on ungreased cookie sheet. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters. Use a small plastic straw and poke a hole in each ornament for hanging later. Let ornaments dry 4 to 5 days, uncovered. After dry, store in plastic bag. Makes 25 small or 18 medium ornaments.
