MAYHAW JELLY


4 c. juice

5 1/2 c. sugar

1 box sure-jell

Stir sure-jell into juice and bring to a full boil, high heat. Stir. Stir in sugar, stir and bring to a full rolling boil that can't be stirred down. Boil for 1 minute. Skim off foam with metal spoon.
