MARK'S FAVORITE BARBEQUE SAUCE
1/4 c. oil
3 med. onions
3 c. tomato sauce (can use ketchup)
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. salt (can be cut back)
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
In hot oil cook onions until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Is excellent with pork ribs, but is also good with chicken.
