DIABETIC APRICOT SALAD


1 box apricot Jello (sugar free)

8 oz. Philly cream cheese (lite)

20 oz. can crushed pineapple

(sugar-free)

Cool Whip (lite)

1/4 c. sugar (omit) (Sugar Twin, 3

pkg.)

1 c. ice water

Bring to boil crushed pineapple and sugar remove from heat and stir in Jello; then cream cheese. Add ice water, stir and let chill until getting thick. Fold in Cool Whip and chill again.
