CRANBERRY BREAD


1 c. sugar

2 c. flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1 egg

2 tbsp. oil

2 tbsp. hot water

1/2 c. orange juice

1/2 c. chopped pecans

1 c. cranberries, cut or grated

Grease and flour loaf pans. Bake for 60 minutes at 325 degrees. Rochester, IL
