CHOKECHERRY JELLY
7 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. chokecherry juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
Bring the above to a full boil, stirring constantly. Add 2 packages (6 ounces) Certo fruit pectin. Bring to a full rolling boil for exactly 1 minute. Pour into jelly glasses and seal with lids or paraffin.
