CRANBERRY CHUTNEY
1 c. light seedless raisins
1 (8 oz.) pkg. pitted dates, chopped
2 (10 oz.) cans whole cranberry sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger, cinnamon, and
allspice
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 c. cider vinegar
Combine all ingredients and cook for 30 mintues. Spoon into hot sterilized jars and seal. Makes 6 half pints.
