BARBEQUE SAUCE
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
4 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. ground cumin
Heat oil. Saute onion until soft then add garlic. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. 2 cups.
