BARBEQUE SAUCE


1 med. onion, chopped

1 tbsp. butter or margarine

1 tbsp. mustard

1 tbsp. brown sugar

3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 c. water

1/2 c. parsley (opt.)

4 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. vinegar

Salt

1 c. catsup

Brown onions in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Use with pork or beef. I also use stew meat.
