BAR-B-QUE SAUCE


1/2 c. vinegar

1/2 c. molasses

1/4 c. mustard

1/2 c. lemon juice

1 tbsp. Tamari or soy sauce

1/2 tsp. hot sauce

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

Boil 10 minutes. Use over meat on the grill as a baste.
