BAR-B-Q SAUCE FOR PORK CHOPS OR CHICKEN


1 c. ketchup

1 c. brown sugar

1 tbsp. vinegar

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp. garlic salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

Mix above well. Brush on chicken or pork chops. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, turning once after 25 minutes (draining off any excess liquid). Brush with sauce. Finish baking.
