BARBEQUE SAUCE


Mix together: 1 (28 oz.) bottle Open Pit brand

original barbecue sauce

1/2 green pepper, chopped fine

1/2 lg. sweet onion, chopped fine

1/4 c. sweet pickle juice (from any

jar of sweet pickles)

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 1/2 c. brown sugar

1 tsp. dry mustard (or about a soup

spoon of prepared mustard)

1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard

1/8 tsp. chili powder

1/8 tsp. cloves

1/4 tsp. celery seed
