ALL PURPOSE PASTE
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 c. water
1 tbsp. alum
Cook sugar and water until clear. Remove from heat and add powdered alum, store in refrigerator. Add flavor if you want it scented. Be sure to label!
